Ambassadors play a key role in promoting our conferences through their university networks. Ambassadors are usually socially active students, members of clubs or student organizations, ambitious researchers, and efficient organizers.
As a Ambassador, you will be primarily focused on making our three events (MIRCIM, AIMed, Young Talents) visible in your academic community. This can be achieved by, for instance, sharing promotional materials through different communication channels (Facebook groups, university pages on social media, TikTok and Instagram profiles).
You can become part of our on-site or online program.

On-site Ambassador
The On-site Ambassador Program is a great opportunity for students who want to visit the city of Kraków and take part in MIRCIM, AIMed or Young Talents conference in person.
In exchange, you will receive 3-day in-person registration for the conference (lunch not included).
The registration includes three events: MIRCIM, AIMed, and Young Talents 2026.
Online Ambassador
If you cannot join us in Kraków, you can still join the program and distribute information about the conference through your university network.
By helping us spread the word, you will be eligible to participate in the conference online free of charge.
The registration includes three events: MIRCIM, AIMed, and Young Talents 2026.
Please note:
- Only one Ambassador per university can join the program—organizers reserve the right to choose from applications.
- Your invitation is non-transferable and applies only to the 2026 edition.
Ambassador responsibilities
To qualify, you will need to complete the following tasks within 3 weeks, promoting MIRCIM, AIMed and Young Talents by:
- Sharing information on your university’s website and event calendar.
- Promoting the event on social media and student groups.
- Sending an email about the student offer to all student representatives, scientific groups, and student organizations at your university (with a copy to: mircim@piebm.org).
