Ambassador and Volunteer Programs
Become a MIRCIM Ambassador
MIRCIM Ambassadors play a key role in promoting MIRCIM through their university networks. Ambassadors are usually socially active students, members of clubs or student organizations, ambitious researchers, and efficient organizers.
As a MIRICM Ambassador, you will be primarily focused on making MIRCIM visible in your academic community. This can be achieved by, for instance, sharing promotional materials through different communication channels (Facebook groups, university pages on social media, TikTok and Instagram profiles).
You can become part of our on-site or online program.
On-site MIRCIM Ambassador
The On-site MIRICM Ambassador Program is a great opportunity for students who want to visit the city of Kraków and take part in MIRCIM in person.
In exchange, you will receive 3-day in-person registration for MIRCIM 2025 (lunch included).
Online MIRCIM Ambassador
If you cannot join us in Kraków, you can still join the program and distribute information about the conference through your university network.
By helping us spread the word, you will be eligible to participate in MIRCIM 2025 online free of charge.
Please note:
- Only one Ambassador per university can join the program—applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Your invitation is non-transferable and applies only to MIRCIM 2025.
Ambassador responsibilities
To qualify, you will need to complete the following tasks by January 31, 2025, promoting MIRCIM by:
- Sharing information on your university’s website and event calendar.
- Promoting the event on social media and student groups.
- Sending an email about the student offer to all student representatives, scientific groups, and student organizations at your university (with a copy to: mircim@piebm.org).
- Displaying a MIRCIM poster at your university.
What kind of support can MIRCIM Ambassadors receive?
- Media kit (logotypes, ad designs, images, videos, post templates, poster)
- Support from our graphic designers to implement custom ideas

Volunteer Program
The Volunteer Program is a unique way to participate in MIRCIM while getting to know the organizational aspects involved in running an educational event of this scale. Our team will be happy to help you learn the ropes by managing different on-site tasks. And once you are done with your volunteer shift, you are free to participate in the available MIRCIM sessions.
If you want to be a volunteer during MIRCIM 2025, email the Program Coordinator (see below) and state your name, university, study program, and year of study.
