AIMed 2026 invites submissions for Encore Posters.
An Encore Poster is the resubmission of work previously presented at another event, conference, or congress.
Please note:
Encore submissions will not undergo review by the scientific committee.
Encore submissions will not be published in BMJ.
Submissions will be checked only for eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria
Encore submissions are accepted at AIMed 2026 provided that:
- The presenting author must be registered by April 17th for the poster to be included in the programme
- The presenting author does not need to be the first author, but must be an author of the work and registered for the conference
- Copyright from the original event, conference, or journal is not breached
- The topic is relevant to AI in medicine
Submission Requirements
All submissions must include:
- Poster as a PDF file
- aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical)
- resolution: minimum 1080 × 1920 px
- Presenting author details:
- First name and last name
- Affiliation
- Confirmation that reuse does not breach copyright
Additional requirements by submission type:
1. Previously Published Research (Journal Article)
- Citation of the original publication
2. Previously Presented Abstract (Not Published in a Journal)
- The original abstract
- Proof of acceptance at the previous (or upcoming) conference
Paper poster for onsite presentation
Portrait orientation, A0 size: 1189 mm (height) x 841 mm (width).
Font size should allow for reading from 2–3 meters.
Please note that presenters are responsible for printing their poster and bringing it to the conference.
Posters should be pinned by 12:30 pm on 7 May. Information about the assigned poster location will be provided at the registration desk.
On-site printing will not be available.
